Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of hair units, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mxlinc.com with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already begun.
