Shipping Policy
All hair units are shipped from Philadelphia, PA within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for domestic shipments.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping of $15.00 applies to all US orders. Free shipping is not currently available.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
MXL Inc is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
